Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ThaiTransfers platform (website, mobile application, or API), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all users of ThaiTransfers, including passengers, account holders, and any third parties acting on behalf of a passenger.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email containing your unique booking reference.

Prices displayed on the platform are fixed and inclusive of all taxes and standard fees. There are no hidden charges unless optional extras are selected during checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Thai QR PromptPay. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

By completing a booking, you confirm that all passenger and flight details provided are accurate. Incorrect information that causes a missed transfer is the responsibility of the passenger.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are also non-refundable.

ThaiTransfers reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, extreme weather, etc.). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

To cancel, log in to your account and navigate to My Bookings, or contact our support team with your booking reference.

All drivers on the ThaiTransfers platform are licensed, vetted, and insured in accordance with Thai transport regulations. We conduct background checks on all drivers prior to approval.

Drivers will monitor incoming flights and wait up to 60 minutes past the scheduled arrival time for standard bookings, and 90 minutes for VIP bookings, at no additional charge.

The driver will display a sign with the passenger's name in the arrivals hall. For VIP bookings, a formal meet & greet service is provided.

Passengers are responsible for behaving respectfully towards drivers. ThaiTransfers reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in cases of abusive behaviour.

ThaiTransfers acts as an intermediary platform connecting passengers with independent transport providers. We are not a carrier and are not directly liable for the acts or omissions of drivers.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, flight changes, or other factors outside our control.

Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the booking in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of ThaiTransfers is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only as necessary to fulfil your booking and as required by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
